Supportive Services Request
The goal of our organization is to aid families in becoming financially stable and self-sufficient. We aim to create a long-term coaching relationship with our clients. Supportive service requests are approved on case by case basis.
You can think of these funds as a stepping-stone to fill unexpected gaps in stability. Example: the client lost their job and has another job lined up but needs help with rent until they receive their first paycheck.
Temporary housing assistance will only be approved if there is sufficient evidence that the client will be able to fulfill their financial obligations after receiving assistance. If the client does not have a plan for self-sufficiency and stability, they will need to meet with a financial coach first and create a plan for stability and self-sufficiency before a housing request can be made.
*We can assist with up to four months per year for each household, but funding will only be approved on a month-to-month basis. More than one month may not be approved if the client does not continue to receive coaching.*
